DocPlus® Notifications enables athe delivery of certificates, opinions, documents that have a validity period and require reminders, extending their validity by specific actions before the expiry of the deadlines.

Initially designed as a quick centralisation support for company documents with clear expiry dates and tracking, it has been expanded with new features to keep track in a centralised environment of all company documents where the risk of expiry is extremely high. Notifying responsible individuals a number of days, months before expiration helps the company to renew documents in time, to be proactive, and to not leave the information in a notebook with an employee who has forgotten or left the company.
