DocPlus® Human Resources is an application for human resources departments or management of the organization, which allows to manage personnel files and their specific information, providing immediate access for authorised persons to employee data and employee history in the organisation.
The information needed by a human resources department is structured, and the information can be queried and displayed in the form of reports. Various documents required for internal management can be attached, documents that are necessary for reference in various contexts (tenders, mandates, projects).

The application integrates natively with the DocPlus Organigram module, making it easy to track information on organisational structure and job occupancy.
Recruitment campaigns, internal events, team building, holiday scheduling or professional training are some of the actions that the application manages for the benefit of the HR department.
The application can be configured to respond to the various working methodologies of HR departments, and reports can be generated according to predefined criteria, which can be refined and enriched according to the needs of the HR department.

Access to the application and reports is also useful information for management who, together with the department, can forecast the occasional expenses of various internal actions (team building or training, staff recruitment, salary expenses, salary negotiation stages) as well as “sensitive” periods in terms of leave, when overlapping leave of several key people can be avoided to ensure the continuity of projects.
DocPlus Human Resources handles the management of the employee’s salary package, facilities and inventory items assigned, mandatory appraisals, but does not handle the monthly salary entitlement process.

The information on income entitlements is necessary for dealing with the authorities, for drawing up employment contracts, additional contracts or issuing the required income statements.
