DocPlus® Noticeboard centralises general information, useful for anyone in the organisation or in the extended version, useful for customers, partners or citizens who come into contact with the organisation.
The application is a simple and efficient way to provide employees with various information, specific information such as changes in legislation (for accounting or legal departments), offers for different specialised services or travel, media releases/articles (industry or competition related) or other information which if not known in time can negatively influence the running of the organisation’s internal processes.
DocPlus Noticeboard benefits
An extended version of the application, DocPlus® External Notice Board, can be used to display information to clients, partners or citizens in waiting room, secretarial, transit areas.
The information is preferably displayed on a larger LCD screen in a common, high-traffic area.
